Fiber Dust® laser system is a Thulium Fiber Laser (TFL) surgical device. During the latest years, TFL technology emerged as a new alternative to Holmium laser, in particular for the treatment of stones. Quanta System expands its already wide laser portfolio, empowering the surgeon with the maximum choice possibility.
With 100% Italian design and 35 years of heritage in the development of lasers for people care, the Cyber Ho Fibredust is designed for lithotripsy and soft tissues, utilising flexibility with a unique multi-application laser platform.
MORE THAN JUST A LASER
Quanta System has currently one of the largest laser portfolio for urology surgery: starting from Holmium low and high power (up to 150W), Thulium YAG (up to 200W), Diode laser to the newest TFL (Thulium Fiber Laser).

Thanks to its high absorption coefficient in water, the 1940 nm wavelength is able to generate an incredible dusting effect: minimal retropulsion during Lithotripsy and great cutting effect in Soft Tissue applications with a reduced penetration depth.
Fiber Dust® can operate in both pulsed and continuous emission. The pulsed emission, thanks to the higher peak power, enables stone Lithotripsy and more aggressive tissue cutting. On the other hand, the continuous emission allows a slightly deeper effect and smoother action, potentially providing better hemostasis of larger vessels. Fibredust 60w required 10amp plug.

Fiber Dust® device can be used with a large range of fibers (150, 200, 272, 365, 550, 800 and 1000 µm), depending on the application and settings required. All fibers are available both as disposable and reusable (except ball tip and 150μm) and they are compatible with other Quanta System devices.
